Thank you for taking the time to participate in our satisfaction survey! We value your feedback and want to use it to improve our services.
Anonymity:
Your responses will be kept completely anonymous and confidential. You can feel free to be honest and candid in your feedback. (You do have the option to self disclose your student ID, (a) should you wish for additional follow-up or (b) aid in customer service refinement.
Questions:
The survey will consist of a few questions about your experience with the Office of Financial Aid at Middle Georgia State University. Please answer each question to the best of your ability.
